CAUSING DEATH BY CARELESS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRINK OR DRUGS
- 14 years in prison
- Obligatory disqualification
- 3-11 penalty points

CARELESS OR INCONSIDERATE DRIVING
- £2,500 Fine
- Discretionary Disqualification
- 3-9 penalty points

BEING IN CHARGE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN UNFIT TO DRIVE THROUGH DRINK OR DRUGS.
- 3 month prison sentence
- £2,500 Fine
- Obligatory Disqualification
- 10 penalty points


FAILING TO PROVIDE SPECIMEN FOR ANALYSIS OR LABORATORY TEST

- 6 month prison sentence
- £2,500 Fine
- Obligatory Disqualification

FAILING TO STOP AFTER AN ACCIDENT OR FAILING TO REPORT AN ACCIDENT
- 6 month prison sentence
- £5,000 Fine
- Discretionary Disqualification
- 5-10 penalty points

SPEEDING
- Obligatory Disqualification
- £1,100 Fine
- 3-6 or 3 (fixed penalty)

DANGEROUS CYCLING
- £2,500 Fine
